How to Add a Subscript to lim

Enter Math Mode

• If you want to type a math formula, enter Math Mode first.
• For inline math, type $.
• For a display equation on its own line, use Alt/Option + $.

Type lim

• After entering Math Mode, type lim.
• Liii STEM will render it as a limit operator automatically.

Add a Subscript to lim

• After typing lim, press _ to add a subscript.
• Then type the content you want in the subscript, for example x->0.
• This gives you a limit expression with a subscript under lim.
