Liii STEM v2025.2 Version Change Log

⭐️ New Features and Highlights

  1. Python plugin rendering upgrade: render Matplotlib 2D/3D plots, SymPy formulas, and Pandas tables as editable content, plus insert foldable runnable code blocks that keep the source code.

  1. Stronger AI: integrated high-speed DeepSeek V3.2, supports direct interaction with formulas and writing results back into the document; added client login (log in to use AI features).
  2. Structured search & replace: a more modern search/replace experience for text, formulas, symbols, matrices, and other structured content.

  1. Dark mode & UI polish: brand-new dark mode, pinned tabs, and many detail improvements (cursor blink/color, selection background, etc.).
  2. Comments/annotations: new “Comment/Annotation” features with fold/unfold, and comments can contain not only text but also formulas and other structures.
  3. Performance & stability: much faster Math Mode editing, typesetting engine optimization (Chinese punctuation compression), and key Windows fixes (e.g. menu bar disappearing at 125% scaling).
  4. Typesetting & document features: more flexible page numbering, arbitrary table rotation, native PDF vector-graphic support, and WebP image support.
  5. Input & tools: richer symbol and math-font Tab Cycling (mathcal/mathbf/mathfrak, n → \nabla, \textendash/\textemdash, etc.), plus image hover menu layout tweaks and OCR, underline, and strikethrough.

🌟 Summary

Liii STEM v2025.2 focuses on “runnable plugins + AI assistance + editing/typesetting experience”: smoother Python rendering (plots/formulas/tables become editable), structured search/replace and comments improve editing efficiency, and dark mode, Math Mode performance, and cross-platform stability continue to improve.
