Switch UI Theme

Use menu path Edit -> Preferences -> User Interface Theme to switch the UI theme.

Switch Editor Area Theme

If you also want a dark background in the editing area, use Theme in the focus toolbar and select Dark.

In addition to dark mode, multiple themes are available for custom preference.
